Adding a note to a recipe or book

Adding Notes to recipes is a great way to keep a record of the recipes you've enjoyed, how you've modified them and ones that didn't work out. You can also tell other members what your favorite books are.

  1. On the details page for the book or recipe click on the Notes tab.
  2. Click on Add a Note.
  3. Type in your Note - remember this will be read by EYB members, so references should be clear.
  4. If you want to make this a personal Note (only you will see it - useful for references such as who you cooked it for and other information that won't be useful to other members) then Tick this box.
  5. Click on Add Note.
  6. Once the Note has been saved you will see it on this tab. If you want to edit the Note click on the pencil icon. If you want to delete it click on the x.

The latest public Notes also appear in the Notes section on the My Home page and all Notes are listed in the Notes/Reviews tab under Library.

You can view all your own Notes on your Profile page. You can view another member's Notes by clicking on their username.
