How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel, go to your Account page (click your username at top right, or the Menu on a phone) and click the cancellation link at the bottom. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months or years. There’s no fee for canceling.

Your Bookshelf is safe. We keep your Bookshelf details for some time in case you change your mind, so everything’s where you left it.

Want to switch to a Free membership instead? Trim your Bookshelf to 5 books and magazines (unlimited blogs, websites, and online recipes can stay) before your expiry date, then contact us and we’ll convert your membership. Want everything deleted? Email info@eatyourbooks.com and we’ll remove your membership details and Bookshelf completely. The same goes for Free memberships.
